Overview
A Government Bill is introduced by a Minister. Any private member may also introduce his own Bill. At least 2 clear days before a Government Bill is introduced in Parliament, a Notice of Introduction, signed by a Minister, must be given to the Clerk of Parliament together with a copy of the Bill. Isomer is an informational website generator created by the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech).
It provides templates for websites with hosting and is compliant to applicable clauses in Instruction Manual 8 (IM8), Design Service Standard (DSS) and Usability Checklist (UC).
GovTech built, provides training for and maintains Isomer as a service to all Singapore Government Agencies.
Isomer is free of charge. The service covers website hosting, maintenance, support and training for the system.
IM Compliance
Isomer users do not need to worry about applicable clauses in IM8 for websites that are on Isomer. The fulfillment of these clauses will be centrally managed by GovTech.
Responsibilities of Isomer users
Your agency will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring that your website content meets content-related standards in DSS. Isomer will be responsible for website hosting, maintenance, support and ensuring compliance to relevant clauses of IM8, DSS and UC.
Migrating existing content

Your agency will be responsible for choosing what content to migrate and also the migration of the content. GovTech will support your agency by providing training.
What are my options if I am unable to use Isomer?
If a static site generator does not fit your requirements, consider using CWP coupled with Government Design System (SGDS).
